Confirmation Letter Fax and Email Server

The ability to create and print custom ticket and pass order confirmation letters is standard within tix/SYS. This optional module automatically faxes or emails these letters to your patrons using industry-standard software and hardware. The system maintains accurate lists of underliverable faxes or emails and allows you to resend letters if necessary.

You can also use the email system to send bulk emails to your festival database and these can be customized to suite the recipient.

Pricing is based on the number of active Fax/Email servers. Third-party software may be required.
